Perhaps you've never thought of yourself as a "hottie" or even wanted to be one, but after listening to a particular song again and again today, I can't help but feel that Hottie-Hood is just around the corner for sooooooo many gals!

I absolutely LOVE how upbeat musician Jana Stanfield takes the self-criticism about our bodies and flips it.  You can't watch this music video by without smiling or chair dancing! Makes me think about creating a new nail color to live by:  Hottie Hood

You gotta see and hear what I mean.  Watch this:

And now, for the rest of the story:

Honestly, I could use some more positive thoughts about my body as I soon will be celebrating my "half-way to 90" birthday.  There's just more of me to love, if you know what I mean, which hasn't been a challenge until a few years ago.

Inspired_to_Feel_Good_by_Alice_GreeneSo, in addition to this very fun music video, I also picked up a copy of the new book by my friend Alice Greene, a healthy lifestyle coach who transformed her own life.  In fact, she was a guest on our Girlfriend We Gotta Talk radio show last year.  She shared her story of going from feeling fed up with feeling tired and flabby in her 40s to being energized and fit in just a few years.  You should see her photo at 52 years old!  Wow!

I can't wait to dive into her book Inspired to Feel Good:  Making Healthy and Fit Choices So Rewarding and Liberating You Never Want to Stop.  Believe you me, I want to feel liberated from feeling "ugh".

And I know I'm not alone, which is why I wanted to share with you Jana Stanfield's "Hottie" music video and Alice's book.  Plus, I wanted to share it with you today because if you order it on Amazon today you get some of her other books as a thank you gift.

Just so you know, I'm recommending Alice's book because she's a great gal who has inspiring, real advice on a great topic.  That's it.  So, check it out here and decide for yourself!

And join me in believing that Hottie Hood, nail color and all, is closer than you think!

Cheers,

Mary Foley

LOVE IT MARY!!! Thanks for sharing. You are so right...that's one of the best "chair dances" I've had in a while.
